On top of our inexpensive prices, we also ensure that customers get a satisfying and secure shopping experience. All goods are inspected by our experienced quality control team before being shipped out to customers internationally.

Is it safe to shop on ArtsCafe.com?

Setting up an account at ArtsCafe.com is easy. Simply click on "Register" at the top right corner of our page and enter your email, name, and password.

Click on "Login" on the top right corner and enter your email and password to login to your account.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Simply click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page then enter your email in the box. We will email the password to your inbox.

I forgot my email address, what should I do?

As we associate all accounts with email addresses, there is nothing we can do to help retrieve your account if you have forgotten your email address. We suggest you register a new account using another email address.

How do I change my login information?

To amend your personal details, login to your account and then access your account details via "Update Profile". You can change your email address and password.

How do I place an order?

Once you have selected or customized a product, click ADD TO CART to include it in your shopping cart. Repeat the process until you are ready to checkout.

To continue to payment, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and provide your shipping, billing, and payment information. Review your order details, and when you're ready, click PLACE MY ORDER to finalize your purchase.

How do I modify my order?

To make changes to your order details, such as your delivery address, it can be done anytime before dispatch. If it involves the product itself, some requests may not be feasible due to the nature of the customized products and that they are print on demand. If your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

What does my order status mean?

You can check the status of your orders by clicking on "Order History" under Member Menu. For orders shipped via Registered Airmail and Express Airmail (FedEx/UPS/DHL), you may track the shipment using the tracking number provided to you via email on dispatch.

How long does it take for production?

The production time for products may vary based on demand and production capacity at the time of purchase. Orders containing multiple items may take longer to process. For delivery time frame, please refer to 'How long does delivery take?' under Shipping.

What currency are prices displayed in?

They are US dollars. More currencies will be added in the near future.

How do I know if the items are in stock?

All products available on the website are in stock and we monitor our stock closely to avoid any disappointment. But never say never. If one is unfortunate enough to experience this situation, our support team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of the customized products, orders can only be canceled when the order status is Pending For Processing. But it is very likely that the production has started when we receive your request. For assistance, please contact our customer service team via support@ArtsCafe.com.

Can I get a discount?

All items on ArtsCafe.com are already at reduced prices so there is no further discount.

What payment options are available for me?

We offer secure payment options including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

Yes, ArtsCafe.com takes payment security very seriously. Our payment mechanism is safe and we never store your credit card information.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit cards as methods of payment, so you do not need to worry about your currency not being accepted! For credit card payments, please refer to your bank for the latest exchange rates.

How come I can't save my credit card details to my account?

In order to protect your credit card details and ensure maximum security, we do not store any unencrypted credit card details on our servers. Therefore, none of your credit card details will be saved to your account.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to any country in the world! However, address with PO BOX, military addresses like APO and FPO can only be shipped via Regular Airmail or Registered Airmail. Express Airmail (FedEx/UPS/DHL) service to these addresses are not permitted.

How much is shipping?

We offer worldwide shipping service. Please click here to view a list of shipping fee for different products.We also provide the option of Express Airmail service (FedEx/UPS/DHL) should you wish to receive your goods at an earlier date. You can also upgrade your shipping to Registered Airmail service for a standard fee of $2.49, allowing the delivery to be tracked.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are being shipped from China or Hong Kong and it takes approximately 7-15 working days (Monday to Friday) for most destinations via Regular Airmail and Registered Airmail and 2-5 working days by Express Airmail.

Delivery times vary according to the shipping destination and the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. While occasional late deliveries can occur, we strive to minimize such instances as much as possible.

How are my local customs and tax issues handled?

Customers are responsible for any local customs and/or taxes that apply to their orders. Please check your local custom and tax policies for further details.

For EU countries where IOSS is required when import, we will handle the VAT so you will be charged on the checkout page. You may also provide your IOSS number on the checkout page then we will not be charging for VAT.

How can I trace my delivery?

If you would like to be able to trace your delivery, please opt for the Registered Airmail option ($2.49) which would provide you with a tracking number. You can also choose the Express Airmail option for an additional charge which could be FedEx, UPS or DHL.

I have not received my order, what can I do?

Delivery times are estimated at 7-15 business days for most destinations. However, from time to time, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may take longer than expected. If you have not received your items after 30 business days, please contact our customer service department by email via support@ArtsCafe.com

If you are using the Registered Airmail or the Express Airmail service, you can check the status of your order using the tracking number. Note that the Registered Airmail option incurs a fee of $2.49.

What is the insurance option?

The insurance option is an add-on option for the delivery of your orders starting from $1.99 and may increase depending on the number of items. If the items do not get delivered to you due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reproduce and re-ship the item to you using the same shipping method that you paid for.

Can I get free samples if I order large quantities?

We try to keep the price as low as possible so there is no room for free samples.

Do you offer discount if I order in large quantities?

We hope to be able to offer bulk discount in the future.

Exchange and Return Policy

What is ArtsCafe.com's return policy?

All products are custom made at ArtsCafe.com. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchange if the products are not defective and if products have been used, worn or washed.

Products are deemed defective if they do not function or if they are damaged. We accept requests for exchange or refund up to 5 days after the items are received. For orders that use Regular Airmail service and do not have a tracking number, we accept requests for exchange or refund up to 30 days after the orders are placed.

What is the procedure for return?

No, I am afraid all products are printed on demand so replacement will only be arranged if they are damaged upon arrival. We do not offer replacement or refund if the products have been used or washed.
